About the Project: This project involves identifying and developing detailed personas for NoAcademy, an experiential education platform (which was acquired by GATE and been offered as one of it’s services). The goal is to deeply understand NoAcademy’s target audience—students, job seekers, career changers, and working professionals—by creating personas that represent their needs, motivations, and pain points. These personas will help NoAcademy tailor its programs, marketing, and communication strategies to better serve its audience.
About the Company: NoAcademy (currently GATE) offers hands-on, real-world learning opportunities through experiential education. The platform connects students, job seekers, and career changers with practical experience and mentorship to help them build their portfolios and advance their careers.
