Create an account: Name, email address, password, profile photo, location, skills, education, work history
Complete your profile: Bio, LinkedIn URL, portfolio links, resume/CV upload
Apply to projects: Motivation statements, project submissions, file uploads (GitHub links, Figma files, etc.)
Communicate with us: Support tickets, feedback forms, chat messages

When you use the Platform, we collect:

For Companies Specifically:

– Display Company information on certificates and marketing materials

3.1 With Companies (Users Only)

When you apply to or work on a Company project:

Profile information: Name, skills, bio, education, previous Taskera projects
Application details: Motivation statement, submission files/links
Communication: Messages exchanged within project workspaces
Completion status: Project approval status and feedback (for certificate issuance)

3.2 Service Providers

We share data with trusted third parties who help operate the Platform:

– Hosting providers (cloud storage, databases)
– Email services (notifications, support)
– Payment processors (if applicable)
– Analytics providers (usage patterns)
– Certificate generation services

3.3 Legal and Safety

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights/property, or prevent harm.

3.4 Business Transfers

4. Confidentiality and NDA Projects (Users Only)

All Company projects are automatically subject to Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) terms:

– Any information marked “confidential”

4.2 Your Obligations:

– Do not disclose confidential information to third parties

– NDA obligations survive project completion indefinitely

4.3 Portfolio Exception: Approved, non-confidential project outcomes may be showcased in your Taskera portfolio with Company permission.

5. International Data Transfers
